About this Event
Tis' the winter season so this Dirt Days will focus on the starry night sky that shines above.
Join the Florida Master Gardeners and Friends of the Parks as we learn about the celestial objects and stars that shine above Polk County, including our closest star, the sun!
This program will include an astronomy presentation, a themed craft, tram tour, and more!
Fun for the whole family!
Date & Time : Saturday, December 7th, 10:00am-12:00pm (Doors open at 9:30am and the program starts promptly at 10am)
Location: This program will be held at the Polk's Nature Discovery Center Classroom. (See map for details.)
Tickets & Sign-Ups: Tickets and registration are required for this event. Tickets are free, but limited. Ticket sales start, Friday, November 1st, at 12:00pm.
