About this Event
For the Fall Dirt Days Season, we will be focusing on Hurricane Season! This Dirt Days' topic will focus on "Wild Weather;" tornados, hurricanes, and more!
Join the Florida Master Gardeners and Friends of the Parks as we learn about these wild weather events, how they form, and how you can prepare for them!
This program will include a presentation about Florida weather, a tram tour of Circle B, a fun craft, and more!
Fun for the whole family!
Date & Time : Saturday, October 12th, 10:00am-12:00pm (Doors open at 9:30am and the program starts promptly at 10am)
Location: This program will be held at the Polk's Nature Discovery Center Classroom. (See map for details.)
Tickets & Sign-Ups: Tickets and registration are required for this event. Tickets are free, but limited. Ticket sales start, Sunday, September 1st, at 12:00pm.
