A few of us are putting on a social event for everyone to catch up over this winter break as it's often just a "Hi" as you walk past on ride days.
Well, now here's a chance for you to catch up with fellow riders, talk bikes and swap the glory stories of yesteryear or last week 😀.
I've decided, after a few chats, to incorporate a Come N Try Dirt Bike Day, as many track riders (& some flaggies 😜) haven't tried it but have expressed an interest.
Ask & you shall receive 😜
We will have spare bikes there and some guys who can help a bit.
I've chosen the Pinjar track as its a big flat road where we can set up. Plus it has an amazing, but very easy family trail in the bush.
A few current riders will be there & if experienced guys want to come and can be lead riders on some fast fun rides and back, that would be great. (Bring your own bike of course 😁)
Whilst definitely aimed at new riders, it's a social gathering & a chance to have some fun learning new skills. And I'm sure there will be plenty of Kodak moments 🤣🤣
Sausage Sizzle will be available.
BYO drinks but the moment you crack an alcoholic drink, zero riding. This is non-negotiable!!
Should be a fun day ladies & gents, boys & girls. I've chosen this date as it doesn't seem to clash with any events that we searched.
Weather we can't control this time of year but a large marquee will set up from about 7:30am ish and run all day.
Bring wives/ hubbies, partners and kids, plus your own set ups as the area is large.
I've managed a few Track ride vouchers to be raffled off. Donation box will be available as the Pinjar is a paid area yet nothing much expected.
