TCAP Direct
Looking for DHA FHEs to assist with Direct Examination. FHE Witnesses may testify to matters of fact and, in some instances, provide opinions.
New and Experienced DHA FHEs CONUS and OCONUS may apply. The DHA FHE can apply and will then be notified if selected to participate as slots are limited.
Requirement: Need 4 DHA FHEs to assist with Direct to assist new prosecutors from all over the world.
Date: As listed. Should be done no later than 1230 on Day 2 of training.
Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Courtroom
TDY Funding: Trial Counsel will fund. Must have government travel card and CAC. New and Experienced DHA FHEs CONUS and OCONUS may apply. DHA FHEs can apply and will be notified if selected to participate as slots are limited. TCAP may not be able to fund OCONUS applicants if resources are limited.
If selected, you will be notified on or before 1 week prior to event start date.
