WHOS READY FOR DIP RUN PUB 💦🏃♀️🍺MEETING POINT ⬇️
GUNNERS CAR PARK 9.30am set off 10.00am..
Starting point Gunners making our way to the pier and back to start point = 6 miles
After each mile we run you get the chance to have a sea dip.. (this is a dip not swim)
go up to your knees or feeling brave get your shoulders under, we then continue to run, so you must be comfortable to run wet..
At the end we finish off at Harvester for a glass of something cold 🍺🍹
This is a fun event and free to join in..
WHAT TO WEAR 👙
Trainers/socks
Shorts/t shirt or vest (something bright)
Shortie if you have
Basically something lightweight and quick drying
WHAT TO BRING
Lightweight backpack.. you need to be able to run with it on your back
Towel
Change of clothes/shoes
Drink
Medication (it needed)
Sunscreen
Sun glasses
Tow float if you have one
