Join fellow Episcopalians from around the diocese to celebrate Camp McDowell and help support the Equipping the Saints capital campaign! We'll spend the day in Lower Camp, the beloved home of Summer Camp and the Environmental Center. Come relive memories, see old friends, and enjoy God's backyard.Equipping the Saints includes two projects in Lower Camp. Eppes is the most-used facility at camp, serving over 60,000 meals each year! This special space is in need of a new roof, additional restrooms, an expanded kitchen, and a new A/V system. The septic system was installed when camp was used only 3 months per year, and now it's busy year-round. It's time to update this essential system to meet camp's growing needs.

Diocesan Day Schedule:
10:30am - Check in at Eppes Hall in Lower Camp
10:45am - 12:00pm - Choose from your favorite Lower Camp activities: hiking, canoeing, ropes course, arts & crafts, or simply visiting with friends
12:00pm - Lunch in Eppes Hall
1:00pm - 3:00pm - Episco-lympics: Bring a team or join one when you arrive to play any or all of the games
3:00pm - Holy Eucharist in Ascension Chapel in Lower Camp with a special offering for Equipping the Saints
4:30pm – Depart
Event Details
• The event is free though we strongly encourage attendees to consider a gift or pledge to the Equipping the Saints capital campaign.
• Wear comfortable clothes for the predicted weather.
• Guests of all ages are welcome! Children and youth ages 15 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
