Dinos for Kids Run

Join us for the Dinos for Kids Run Sunday, August 24th, 2025

Location: City Park- Fort Collins ( Shelter 7/ Field 6)

Get ready for a roaring good time at the Dinos for Kids Run — a fun-filled, family-friendly race event where participants of all ages can race like dinosaurs!

Whether you're a toddler ready to dash or a grown-up looking to sprint like a Velociraptor, there's something for everyone. Costumes encouraged! 🦖✨

Proceeds benefit The Family Center/La Familia, supporting early childhood education and family services in our community.

RACE CATEGORIES:
Toddler Dash (Ages 4–6): 50 yards
Youth Sprint (Ages 7–11): 100 yards
Teen Sprint (Ages 12–17): 100 yards
Adult Sprint (Ages 18+): 100-yard dash

🎟️ Registration Fees:
• Kids (4–11): $10
• Teens & Adults (12+): $25

📣 Additional Details:
• Check-in starts at 9:00 AM at the main pavilion.
• Races start at 9:30 AM and run by age group.
• Free parking available on-site.
• Costumes are highly encouraged — there may be surprise giveaways for best dino spirit!
• Bring water, sunscreen, and your dino-sized energy!

By registering for the Dinos for Kids Run, all participants acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their health and safety during the event. The Family Center/La Familia, City of Fort Collins, Rolland Moore Park, and event volunteers are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained before, during, or after the event. Participants are expected to be in good physical condition and to follow all event rules and directions from staff. All participants (or their parent/guardian for minors) will be required to sign a waiver at check-in before participating in any race activities.
