Join us for our exclusive Dinner with the Departed in honor of the departed Woodruff and Fontaine family members. The entire mansion will be in Mourning and you are invited to pay your respects.
The evening will begin in the grand ballroom of the mansion with a reception to hear of the fascinating history of Victorian Mourning customs, including the intriguing “Backward Supper”.
Guests of the Dinner will then be treated to a gourmet three-course meal, held in true Victorian Mourning fashion in our opulent dining room, surrounded by candlelight and history.
For an eerie finish to the evening, guests will stroll the darkened halls as the secrets of those who lived and died within the mansion’s storied walls are revealed. Our guides will tell of first-hand accounts of the paranormal occurrences that have become part of the legacy of the iconic Woodruff Fontaine House.
As a guest of honor on this most mournful evening, you will also be treated to private butler service, an exclusive gift bag and a signature cocktail presented by Memphis’s own Old Dominick Distillery.
Seating is very limited and tickets must be purchased online in advance. Tickets will no longer be available for purchase after 6pm on Sunday, October 12th. Tickets WILL NOT be sold at the door.
Dinner With The Departed will be offered on two different evenings. Friday, October 24th, 7pm-9pm and Saturday, October 25, 7pm-10pm. Doors close at 7:15pm.
This event is 21 & up. Tickets are nonrefundable and the event will continue rain or shine.
Once tickets are purchased, look for an email with further details regarding your dinner preferences.
Tickets will only be sold by the Woodruff-Fontaine House Museum. Do not purchase tickets from a third party.
