Dinner with the Dean: “Share your story and get to know the DoS”
Adopted from UCLA’s global phenomenon “Dinners for 12 Strangers,” Dinner with the Dean provides an intimate opportunity for UC Merced undergraduate and graduate students to engage in dialogue with the Dean of Students Office over good food, conversation, and camaraderie. Dinner with the Dean is so much more than just a meal. Held once a month, students who RSVP and attend a dinner will learn more about the mission of the Dean of Students Office, make new connections, and share their UC Merced experiences and concerns.
Please note: each dinner session is limited to 12 students, with a limit of 1 dinner per student per semester. Attendees will be notified of the location a day prior to the event. After submitting an RSVP, please email Christian Mouanoutoua at [email protected] with any dietary restrictions or allergies if you hadn't answered the question when you reserved. RSVP’s are on a first-come basis. As space is limited, please be sure to notify Christian should you not be able to attend a dinner after submitting an RSVP and at least 2 days before the event. Students unable to attend may visit the Dean of Student’s website and/or office to learn of additional ways to get involved. Please email Christian with any questions you may have regarding Dinner with the Dean or the Office of the Dean of Students.
