Our chef has specifically created a 4 course menu to pair with Simon Tolleys wines.
1st Course. Kingfish & scallop serviche with picked shallots, chives & house made crumb. Paired with Simon Tolleys "23" Sauvignon Blanc
2nd Course. Baked spatchcock with celeriac puree & brocolli tabbouleh. Paired with Simon Tolleys "22" Chardonnay
3rd Course. Roast duck with roast beetroot salsa & jus. Paired with Simon Tolleys "23" Pinot Noir
4th Course. Angus scotch fillet cooked medium with champ, collard greens & mushroom sauce. Paired with Simon Tolleys "22" Syrah
