Chicago native Chef Jeff Danaher has amassed more than 12 years of cooking experience across the country. He trained under Chef Ryan Brosseau (Table, Donkey, and Stick, Le Sud, and Dear Margaret) and Chef Zoe Schor (Split Rail) in Chicago. He also worked stints in New Orleans at Cochon and Toups South. Jeff has spent five summer seasons (and counting) in Seward, Alaska, with Chef Kevin Lane at The Cookery and now as kitchen manager at The Lone Chicharron Taqueria. A 2012 graduate of Joliet Junior College Culinary Arts Program, Jeff credits his love of food coupled with years of working hard in the kitchen and traveling in between as the fuel for his inspiration, whether it’s really good tacos or his popup concept Jub’s Burgers.
