The Cleveland Death Society invites you to join us for our first community Death Over Dinner!!
We know the struggles of grief as well as hunger. Knowing that food can be comforting. As well as nursing for our grief. Mindes and bodies.
Sharing a meal with other grievers. Openly discussing one's own infinite life. To share stories of past loved ones and pets. Hoping to heal and help the community build stronger support systems. Form new friendships and build hope!
We all have that dish that comforts us all. May it be grandmas casarol. Dad's corn bread or Mom's cake. It warms our souls from sadness to loving memories! Bring your grief dish to share amongst others! Feeding one another's grief!
All that we ask is that
ALL DISHES ARE LABLED FOR DIETARY AND ALLERGY NEEDS!
Vegans and those with celiac disease and other food allergies may be affected.
Deathly games, as well as other fun games, will be set out to share. Books and informative pamphlets for those who may need them.
Please bring a non-perishable item. Or make a $5 donation to the Cleeland Death Society. As we try to help feed families in need! By filing the 3 Little Birds food pantry!
We are also collecting pet food. As well as pet items needed by those in need. We can't let our furry friends go hungry!
Can't bring a dish? That's ok. You're welcome to come and enjoy a bite and meet others! We don't want your grief to consume you!
