The Mine is a hidden dining room for 12 guests in downtown Spokane's most historic building, the 1889 Building at Fete - a Nectar Co.
Your culinary journey will begin with a sparkling wine reception and a brief history of the building. Guests will then be led to the secret dining room accessed under the sidewalks of Spokane. An 8 course masterpiece will be presented to you by Chef Steven Swanson, each course meticulously paired with wines by owners Josh and Katie Wade.
The Mine dinners will be presented only a few times per year and is limited to 12 guests. The ticket price is all inclusive of wine, food, tax and gratuity.
