Dinner in the Garden

Welcome to Dinner in the Garden!

This year instead of doing our usual Dinner in the Garden at our Farm, we are collaborating with our friend's Molly from Molly’s Mills and Chef Kelly from the Modern Hotel & Bar, on a slightly smaller affair, more central to the Treasure Valley!

Molly will be hosting this dinner at her home in Garden City on Saturday, June 29th at 6 PM

There will be a drink pairing with each course.

Featuring either Beer from Brown Beard Brewing, Cider from Meriweather Cider or Wine from Potter Wines!

One course will also be paired with a mixed drink from the bartenders at the Modern!

The Menu:

Amuse Bouche

• Seven spice crispy chicken skin, white shoyu aioli, fermented Fresno pickled peppers, black garlic emulsion

Course 1

• Grilled summer squash salad, Eden Creamery feta, Tomato confit, charred tomato vinaigrette, sweet corn, micro mustard greens

Palate Cleanser

• Cucumber sorbet, Modern cocktail shot

Course 2

• Elk Steak, apricot sauce, parsnip puree, charred green onion romesco, golden oyster mushroom conserva, crispy Yukon Gold potatoes

Course 3

• Cherry blossom spiced rabbit roulade, carrots, Idaho heirloom Anasazi beans, prosciutto, rabbit-cherry jus

Dessert

• Local berry brown butter tart, lemon creme fraiche ice cream

We have been hosting a dinner or two each year at our Farm since 2014, and are excited to continue doing so in this collaborative fashion.

They are a fun way to celebrate the great things about Idaho, and the many small businesses and individuals that make our local communities amazing to be a part of!

Farm to Table, is a concept that brings the best of many people’s efforts together, for an unforgettable experience, not to be missed!
