As Spring weather (hopefully!) nears, our thoughts turn to - Maple syrup! More than just something to put on pancakes, it is also a wonderful ingredient to bring a robust and natural flavour to many foods. As an alternative to processed sugar it can be used lightly without adding a ton of calories. At tonight's dinner we will be showcasing the true versatility of this delicious natural product in our various courses. We'll start the meal with a subtle hint of maple, followed by our baked chicken main dish with a maple glaze and accompanying vegetables. A full blown maple dessert as well as lighter desserts using it only as a sweetener will complete the meal We hope that you will join us as we celebrate maple syrup in style! **Yes, we will be using REAL maple syrup. **Tea and coffee provided, craft beers and Ontario wines as well as our own Blueberry Lemonade available.
Doors open at 6pm, dinner at 6:30.
Seating is at round tables for 8 -bring a tableful, come as a couple or feel comfortable coming on your own.
