Please do not take offense to any of the following information. We can assure you the guidelines management has put in place is not only for our protection but yours as well.
With that said...
1. Our staff members MUST wear masks or face shields covering the nose and mouth in addition to wearing gloves when preparing your food.
2. When approaching our food truck, please have on a mask or some type of face covering the nose and mouth when placing and picking up orders from our service window.
3. Please stand no less than 6 feet apart from others when placing, picking up or waiting for your order to be made.
4. After placing your order, you may be issued a pager and asked to kindly step aside and wait for your order to be prepared OR feel free to wait in the comfort of your vehicle if it is nearby and within range for your pager to alert you.
5. Please DO NOT put your pager in your pocket or purse. You will not be able to hear it when we alert you to pick up your order. All pagers are disinfected before and after each use!
6. Please be sure to stay less than 30 feet away from our mobile café as the pager you were given will alert you when your order is ready at the pick-up window.
7. When coming to the pick up window to retrieve your order, state your pager number and place your pager in the PINK basket to your right to be disinfected. Your order will then be placed on the server window ledge for you to pick up. This is simply done to limit the amount of direct contact we have with each customer.
8. If you're coming to pick up a pre-order, please come to the order window first and state the last name your pre-order is under. You will then be re-directed to the pick-up window (with further instructions if need be) to retrieve your order.
9. No more than 15 customers are allowed at LKC at any given time and must abide by all signage posted regarding mask wearing and social distancing guidelines.
10. We have contactless payment options available for your convenience.
