Dinner at Champagne Charlies - following the trail of Carlo Gatti
Come join us for a unique dining experience at Champagne Charlies where we'll be following the trail of the legendary Carlo Gatti. Indulge in exquisite dishes while learning about the fascinating history behind this iconic figure. And you may say, why did we select Champagne Charlies for this event? Well in 1867, Carlo Gatti acquired a public house in Villiers Street named "The Arches", under the arches of the elevated railway line leading to Charing Cross station. He opened it as a music hall, known as 'Gatti-in-the-Arches'.
