Dinner and Conversation with… is a collaboration between Mankind Project, Centre for Men Australia and Mens Wellbeing Inc. This is an interactive event. There will be a simple meal served (cooked by the wonderfully talented, James Baird) and time to connect with others during a check-in circle, before the main event begins.

Helen plans to invite questions on any aspect of the human relationship experience and is prepared to fearlessly explore wherever that might go.
Some background info on Helen Glover (our guest) ...
Helen is an advocate for men going through challenging emotional change in relationships. Helen’s particular focus is supporting men with separation, divorce and single fatherhood.
As a NMAS Mediator, Divorce Coach, Conflict Coach and Parent Coordinator, Helen walks alongside her clients to navigate friction and co-parenting conflict, while providing a safe space to grieve and grow during this confusing and often devastating time.
As a strong voice in the area of Men’s Mental Health, Helen is host of “The Modern Masculine” Podcast and is an outspoken supporter of the need for men to be seen and heard, in what is a time of such huge societal change.
Helen uses “The Six C's of Communication and Relationship”, Courage, Character, Compassion, Communication, Connection & Community as a basis for all of the work that she engages in.
She has a diverse background from Relationship Manager in Blue Collar Labour Hire, to Interior Designer, to working with Returned Servicemen dealing with PTSD, injury and Adjustment Disorder as a Career Advisor.
Helen has found her passion in assisting clients to move into the next part of their lives with joy and a greater understanding of themselves, their value and how to communicate in current and new relationships.
