Join us for a viewing of Roadrunner, a documentary about Bourdain, and his career as a chef, writer, and host, who was, and is, revered and renowned for his authentic approach to food, culture and travel.To accompany the film, Chef Billy Wood has put together a 5-course menu inspired by Bourdain's travels through Asia:
First Course: Pho Beef Roll
Ginger-marinated beef, rice noodles, cucumber, coriander, basil, and sweet lemon-chili sauce
Second Course: Do Chua Salad
Daikon radish, carrot, bean sprouts, fresh herbs, nouc mam cham sauce
Third Course: Thai Lamb Ramen
Thai-braised lamb neck, lemongrass-infused lamb broth, oyster mushrooms, curry pickled egg
Fourth Course: Pork Katsu Curry
Breaded pork cutlet, house-made dashi, curry roux, steamed rice
Fifth Course: Thai Tea Creme Brulee
Thai tea-infused cream, burnt honey-sugar, black lemon tuile
Beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
