Turnagain Brewing & Luma Catering are teaming up with The Writer's Block to serve up a beautiful four-course menu created by Chef Laurent Sibert, with each course perfectly paired with the small batch craft beers created by master brewer, Ted Rosenzweig of Turnagain Brewing.Turnagain Brewing owners, Ted and Mary, will be on hand to meet guests, talk about the brewery and their process. As one of the few local breweries specializing in using locally sourced grain and fruits, The Writer's Block is thrilled to support this amazing brewery!
Chef Laurent Sibert has been working with the brewer to pair each course with a specific beer. Chef Laurent started Luma Catering to bring a fresh face and taste to the world of fine dining in Alaska following his move to the state from France. He goes to great lengths to use locally grown seasonal produce.
