About this Event
Dinknesh is an awards event that is celebrated annually in honor of the outstanding achievements of remarkable Ethiopian Women. The Amharic word ‘Dinknesh’ roughly translates to ‘phenomenal’. The main objective of the event is to inspire and empower Ethiopian and Ethiopian American women.

ድንቅነሽ ዓመታዊ የሽልማት ፕሮግራም ዘንድሮ ለስድስተኛ ጊዜ የሚካሄድ ሲሆን፣ የተጀመረው ማርች 2020 ነው። ዘንድሮ ቅዳሜ ሜይ 3 ከቀኑ 3 ሰዓት ጀምሮ በታላቅ ድምቀት ይከበራል። ድንቅነሽን ልዩ የሚያደርገው፤ በአገራችን ኢትዮጵያ ከቅርብ እስከ ሩቅ፣ በሰሜን አሜሪካ በተለይ በዋሽንገተን ዲሲ እና አካባቢዋ፣ ከዛም አልፎ በዓለም ዙሪያ በተለያየ የሞያ ዘርፍ ተሰማርተው በዕለት ኑሮ ትግላቸው የራሳቸውን ህይወት ስኬት ላይ አድርሰው በዙሪያቸው ላሉ የማህበረስብ አባላት ከፍተኛ አስተዋጽኦ የሚያደርጉ፣ ሆኖም ስለስኬታቸው ብዙም ያልተነገረላቸው ሴቶችን ማክበሩ ነው።
