Welcome to Dining with the Ancestors - a Samhain retreat!
Join us on Sat Nov 2 2024 at 2:00 PM for a magical and spooky evening at Studio 6, UNIT 3 Scott Hall Mills for a candle lit exploration of connection with those present and those past.
This event is the perfect way to spend the evening at the time of year when the veil is thin. Honouring all that is around us, both the seen and the unseen. Don't miss out on this very special seasonal gathering!

Spooky Movement
Group Drumming
Mandala buidling
A shared meal
Shamanic Drumming Journey
Sound Bath & Group Reiki Healing
Sharing/Reflections circle
What you will need:
Water bottle - you can fill up throughout the afternoon
Suitable footwear (although barefoot is more than welcome)
Journal and pen
Anything to help you connect with your ancestors (photos, momentos etc)
Flowers, objects, natural objects for the mandala
An offering of food to share, that is ready to eat (we have a microwave and fridge)*

About the venue:
The venue can be chilly in winter even with the heating on so warm layers is recommended.
We are at the top of the mill so bare in mind there is a couple of flights of stairs up to the studio.
There is some parking outside the mill and a free council car park to the side.
About Your Guides:
Eva Lake is a Reiki Master Teacher, Sound Healer, Rituals and Ceremonies facilitator, space holder and Soul/Death Doula. Deeply called to honour the ways in which life encourages and forces us to grow, Eva’s passionate about recognising and celebrating all the transitions and changes that life has to offer. By acknowledging and appreciating our emotions, strengths, weaknesses and achievements, we can lead more fulfilling and balanced lives.
Becky is a fully qualified and registered Art Psychotherapist with over 11years of experience supporting both individuals and groups. Becky focuses on individual need and adapts the therapy to create a positive and magical experience while gently exploring any difficulty that rises. Becky is a Trauma informed therapist and helps clients understand and work with their nervous system. In Art Therapy the process is important and will include understanding and working with all the senses in a sensitive and safe way.
