Mark Vuckovich has forged his reputation through Nashville, spending time at Hutton Hotel prior to joining The Westin Nashville team. His passion for innovation comes alive and his ability to elevate ingredients help him stand out in the industry. His culinary rebellion mindset brings inspiration from many cultures and Vuckovich delivers thoughtful and creative experiences at every opportunity. Before landing in Nashville, he worked in world class kitchens including The Ritz Carlton, Naples, Montage Palmetto Bluff, and Pinehurst Resort.
About New Heights Brewing
Located in the heart of Nashville, TN, New Heights Brewing is a small craft brewery that creates ales we’re passionate about and crave—from intensely hoppy IPAs to crisp, clean ales and rich imperial stouts. It all began with a brew kit—that head brewer, Jeff Fountain, received from his wife, Tracey. After lots of corporate hours in cultures highly reminiscent of the movie Office Space, Jeff quit his 9-5 to do what really made him happy—working with his hands and giving back to the community by making great beer.
