• Choice of Braised Short Rib (red wine demi) or Pan-Seared Salmon (lemon beurre blanc)

Tickets are $125 per guest (all-inclusive), with $25 from every ticket donated to the cause. Seating is limited to 24–30 guests for this one-night-only event.
