Reservations are Now Open for 200 Monroe Restaurant!Beginning March 6, enjoy a gourmet dinner prepared and served by our talented Hospitality, Culinary & Tourism students at 200 Monroe Restaurant, from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m., Thursdays through May 8*. A capstone learning experience for our students, the restaurant offers a custom menu featuring first courses, entrees, and freshly baked desserts made by our baking and pastry students.
