Mark your calendars! The Light Up The Village Dine and Donate fundraiser at Applebee’s in Hooksett will be ALL DAY on Thursday, August 28th! The restaurant opens 11am and closes at midnight on Thursday the 28th! Let's PACK Applebees all day and night on the 28th! This will be so fun! Make it a Date Night, use this as an opportunity to grab some affordable bites with friends and help the community! Have dinner with the kids before school starts...Make it an excuse because it is always easier to go out to eat when you can say you are supporting the community. Applebee’s has generously offered to donate 15% of the total bill on every meal purchased by folks who mention that they are there for the fundraiser to our non profit organization. Please screenshot the official Applebee’s event flier (the second photo) or bring a hard copy with you that day to show your server.

You’ve likely noticed that the Light Up the Village committee has been hosting a number of fundraising programs and events like this one and you may be wondering why. While all of the planning of the event is done by a dedicated group of volunteers (and we are always ready to welcome more!!), there are numerous costs associated with lighting the town tree and putting on the event itself. It is a yearlong effort to make sure we have the funds needed to be able to offer this event free to the community each holiday season. It truly does take a village to light up Hooksett Village and your participation in events like this, our Christmas in July movie night, and the Lilac Bridge flower box program is all part of what makes all the magic happen! Thank you, Hooksett for taking part in this passion project!!
