Chef Edie is the Executive Chef of Maru in East Lansing and has been a sushi chef for nearly a decade. She works in the community to host sushi workshops and as a private sushi chef for dinners and parties. For this workshop, she’ll be showing participants how to prepare and roll your own sushi! This workshop will teach you to make a few classic rolls while also showcasing different types of sushi, like nigiri.
