- Dine About is the campaign's new name and will reflect the change to be inclusive of the mid-island

- Wolf/Wave/Lounge Radio station will be hyping the event
- Nanaimo Noms is offering to collaborate with participants create social media photo and video content to support your promotions
- The Nanaimo Hospital Foundation and Nanaimo Foodshare are charity partners
Review of Previous Years
- Participating establishments reported significant increases to their bottom line during the festival, but you know better than anyone how the festival influenced traffic for your business
- Brand awareness through social media was bolstered
- Over 8000 menus were downloaded from the website
- Social media produced over 250, 000 Impressions, reaching over 35,000 people
- 80 produced thirty-second contest occasions on The Wolf and The Wave radio stations
- 20 contest occasions on The Wolf and The Wave radio stations, plus teasers and live liners
The Buy In
First Year Participants:
1) There is no fee for First Year Participants but two $25 gift cards are rquired for radio giveaways.
2) Two $25 gift cards for radio giveaways. Yes, you can hype your business more with more gift cards! Gift cards need to be delivered to Wolf/Wave radio station at 4550 Wellington Rd, Nanaimo, BC V9T 2H3 by December 15th.
Second Year Participants:
1) an honorarium of $50 for second year participants to offset the cost of website hosting, email, trademarking the new name, and other incidentals
