Dinacharya - Morning Ritual is a 7-day online program that blends the wisdom of Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation into simple, effective morning practices that fit into our modern lives.
Ayurveda, an ancient system of holistic health, teaches us to live in harmony with the natural cycles of life. By understanding and aligning with these rhythms, we can restore balance to our physical, mental, emotional, and energetic states. This program will introduce you to these principles, guiding you through a morning ritual that will help you live in tune with nature and yourself.
