This workshop can help, if you are a visionary, creative business owner, seminar facilitator, teacher, or manager in an organization.
What is the leadership/facilitator style? What atmosfere you want to bring to your creative project? Kindness, joy, high motivation, playfilnesd and more? We will reseach you uniqueness and make it more accessible for you and visible for others.
One phenomenona of leadership is that as soon as a person assumes a leadership position, they become susceptible to harsh criticism. Through a deep exploration of criticism, we will enhance your toolkit with the "shadow," or the secondary style.
By the end of the seminar, we will integrate the insights discovered throughout the workshop. This integration process will involve Shamanic dance, mandala creation, and poetry. Additionally, you will create a personalized exercise for your ongoing practice, which you can take home with you.
