Dim Sum means "a little touch of the heart" and consists of a variety of dumplings, steamed dishes and chilled desserts.In this fun hands-on class, we will fry bite-sized pastries, fill and fold dumplings, and more, as you learn to prepare a variety of centuries-old favorites with easy to find ingredients. Soon you’ll be hosting your own Dim Sum gathering at home, sure to impress family and friends.
