About this Event
Limited assistance will be available, the eLearning lab is designed for self-paced independent study & computer practice. Computer access will be provided but it is recommended that you bring your own headphones. The number of headphones available will be limited and most eLearning platforms require sound to study.
The eLearning lab is available for the following types of study/practice:
- Brush up on your computer skills by using tutorials that range from beginner to advanced with access to a platform purchased by the Workforce Center
- Practice your typing skills using free typing websites
- Complete online courses with GOOGLE, IBM, and LINKEDIN LEARNING for certifications
- Study and take Microsoft Product certification exams

A mask will be required if there are more than 10 people in attendance.
The Wichita Workforce Center is located at 2021 N. Amidon, Suite 1100 in the New Leaf Plaza. Parking is free in the lot in front of the building.
The Lab is open hours, and you may attend for any amount of time between the open hours, but we do ask that you register and have an open KansasWorks account.
Prior to the session you must go to www.KANSASWORKS.com and register with a free job seeker account. Or please visit your local workforce center for assistance. If you do not register on KANSASWORKS.com 1 day in advance you will not be allowed to complete the workshop.
