Graham Hadaway Introduction

Brand & Marketing Director at Hargreaves Enterprises, small business owner & digital innovator. Ideal if you operate a traditional business, a great opportunity to discuss current challenges and kick start the process of finding solutions. I will be sharing stories of failures and success in these challenging times alongside ideas and solutions.

I have spent the last 10 years in the hospitality industry, but prior to this I was in the outdoor industry. I have also looked at health apps, learning platforms as well as robotics and 3d printing. I love creating what doesn't exist and the journey of bringing ideas to life. I believe business can be broken down into what I call the HEC framework which stands for 'Human Needs, Economics & Culture'. I have pretty stoic values and play the long game in how I approach problem solving in my work and life.

My experience ranges from marketing technologies to backend software systems, automation and am slowly playing with ways to bring in AI, but doing this responsibility is important. At the end of the day, a lot of problems have simple solutions and whilst it can be nice to get lost in the possibilities of technology it's important to stick with first principles, simplicity and customer focused.
