Join Laura Wills for an introductory 3hr digital drawing workshop as part of the OSCA Digital Landscapes initiative.
About this Event

This outdoor Covid-safe workshop introduces participants to the basic skills in using an iPad and Apple Pens to create digital drawings as well as cater for more experienced users wishing to expand their skills and interests. With a special focus on using scanned maps as a 'canvas', participants will be invited to draw a landscape into their map and explore layered digital art techniques. Participants will receive a digital version of their artwork.

No experience necessary.

Book early as places are limited to 6 participants.

All equipment supplied.

NB: Children under 13 need to be accompanied by an adult.

Laura Wills is an Adelaide-based visual artist who often collaborates with other artists in the creation of site responsive and participatory works. Her work traverses across the discipline of drawing in various contexts such as pastel and digital drawing into maps, drawing in installation and projected light drawing for live performances.

- Maintain 1.5m social distance between others – there is plenty of room for social distancing in the venue.

- If you have any COVID-19 symptoms (flu-like symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath), please refrain from attending the event and contact staff.

- All fees will be reimbursed if cancelled due to Covid related issues
