About this Event
Medway families!
We are offering free activities for the kids this May half-term, helping them helping develop new skills in creative technology and storytelling.
Our Digital Camp is workshop designed to get children and young people aged 11-16 connected with arts and culture in a hands-on way.
They'll be exploring virtual reality (VR), 360 film, 3D modelling and digital animation for game design. No experience or equipment is required.
This camp is on 28 May 2024 and will run from 9.30am-4pm.
This event is produced by Electric Medway and is part of our Young Hack learning programme, in partnership with TECH31 and Institute of Cultural and Creative Industries (iCCi) at University of Kent.
The event will be hosted on The Historic Dockyard Chatham at The Clocktower Building (University of Kent).
At the beginning of the day (9.30am) we will meet parents at the Visitor Entrance of The Dockyard.
We ask that children bring their own lunch.
Spaces are limited and early booking is recommended.
After booking we will email you a link to fill out a short registration form prior to your child/children attending.
