About the Speakers:
Paul Joseph: Paul Joseph serves as the Chief Digital Officer at RSM Australia, a leading provider of audit, tax, and consulting services. With a tenure dating back to 2001, he has held pivotal roles in IT and leadership, commencing his IT career at the Western Australian Treasury Corporation. Acknowledged with the 2022 CIO50 award, Paul stands among Australia's top 50 technology and digital executives. He holds an MBA in Business from Curtin University. Since 2016, he has steered RSM's digital journey while also spearheading operations. Paul has driven RSM’s adoption of automation which has yielded substantial savings to the firm (over $1million in the first 12 months) and is helping to reshape RSM’s services to both clients and staff.
Frank Sciarrone: Frank is the Executive Chairman of Vantage Wealth Management Pty Ltd and VWM Financial Services Pty Ltd. Over the past 35 years Frank has held positions in investment banking and investment advisory for both local and multi-national organisations. During this time, Frank has held senior management positions in bank treasury operations, funds management and corporate/ private client financial advisory services. Frank is responsible for providing investment advisory services to corporate and high net worth clients. Frank is also the Chairman of DUG Technology Pty Ltd (a listed Australian company) and was previously the Chair of the Fire and Emergency Services Super Fund and a Director of the Government Employees Superannuation Board, Biovision2020 Holdings Pty Ltd (a commercial re-cycling business), and Chairman of 12 Buckets, a children’s charity that is focused on providing child mentoring services to several Perth primary schools. Frank specialises in the provision of strategic advice aimed at simplifying complex issues and delivering tax effective outcomes. Frank also focuses on constructing diversified portfolios, typically with direct income producing securities that aim to preserve clients invested capital whilst producing a consistent return.
Richard Jardine: Richard has been in the IT industry for over 25 years and has a wealth of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). He is currently the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Essatto where he has responsibilities for product development, implementation services, and ongoing support for clients. Prior to assuming this role, Richard was an Associate Director of Ioppolo & Associates, where he was responsible for a number of large-scale Enterprise Performance Management implementations including Chep, CUSCAL, Vodafone, Optus, GE Consumer Finance, Westpac, TAB WA, Coca Cola Amatil and Air New Zealand.
