Alice Zaslavsky: Described as Australia’s friendliest voice in food, Alice is a fierce advocate for veg-forward cooking, an acclaimed author, James Beard Award Finalist, and host of 'A Bite to Eat with Alice'.
Tony Tan: A cook’s cook known for his mastery of technique, depth of knowledge, and generosity of spirit, Tony is a renowned cookbook author, cooking school teacher and Trentham resident.
Liam Downes: Growing up in Ballarat amongst the potato paddocks of the region, Liam is one of regional Victoria’s most lauded chefs. You will find him creating soulful food at the Black Cat Truffle Farm and Restaurant in Wattle Flat.
Hosted by Jacinta Parsons: Broadcaster, writer, public speaker and facilitator, Jacinta currently co-hosts The Friday Revue with Brian Nankervis and Saturday Mornings on ABC Radio Melbourne.
