Recently, I've begun promoting Digestive Retraining which is a concept created to bring people back to basics and learn how to work WITH your body to regain balance for your health.The purpose of this session is to provide the information you can use to:
1) Learn what can create imbalance in your body from not only diet but environmental influences, stressors, endocrine disruptors.
2) Natural ways of supporting your digestive system back to good health
3) Tools to support your body through times of stress
4) What to remove from your house that could be causing ill health
5) Could Mould be contributing to your disease?
6) Could Parasites be impacting you?
While this is an information only session, you will be given many tips and 'how to's' of regaining control of your health naturally. You will also be provided with a booklet containing the information shared.
This Workshop session will be held at my home and you will have the opportunity to ask questions specific to your circumstances.
You will be provided with morning tea, herb teas or herb drinks.
Cost of this session is $180 for 2-3 hours.
