About this Event

Take a walk with D.I.G and explore local, green ecologies surrounding the Lethaby Gallery.

We will gather in the Lethaby Gallery at midday (12pm) where we will have a small introduction to the day and each other.

We will then begin our guided walk through the local area, making stops in local green spaces to gather foraged material as we go.

There will be allocated time for a lunch/rest break midway through the walk (approximately 2 hours in total).

The ferments will then be placed in donated London clay and will live in the gallery until the ‘Pickle this conversation’ which will take place on Wednesday 22 January.

Please note:

This is a day-long event and will involve walking outdoors. Please bring warm layers of clothing and suitable footwear for potentially cold, muddy weather.
