About this Event
How do we handle confrontational questions and conversations?
We have all been awed by someone who always seems to know what to say and how to say it, in any situation. These people know how to communicate with diplomacy, tact, and confidence. This competency is important in all areas of life. The ability to communicate with diplomacy and tact improves our leadership skills by helping us manage change, negotiate and compromise, resolve conflicts, gain consensus and collaboration and create a cohesive team.
The number one human fear is face-to-face communication, or more specifically, confrontational communication. The fact that the world is moving forward at a fast pace means that we are required to produce impromptu responses. This is a challenging transition for many of us. In addition, we’ve all seen question and answer sessions spin out of control and leave the entire presentation ending on a confusing and sometimes confrontational note.
YOCO is excited to be partnering with Dale Carnegie Australia to bring you this public in-person workshop and to bring the tested skills and knowledge that Dale Carnegie Australia offers to our valued clients.
