About this Event

Join us in-person on Friday, December 5, 10:00 - 11:00 AM for an Open House with 2025 Marabeth Cohen-Tyler Print/Paper Fellow Caroline Ongpin. This program invites visitors into Dieu Donné’s collaborative hand papermaking studios to learn about the creative possibilities that occur when papermaking and printmaking techniques intersect. Caroline will lead a tour of the studios, offer a sheet pulling demonstration, and share insights into her artistic practice and research completed during her fellowship.

About the Marbeth Cohen-Tyler Print/Paper Fellowship

The Marabeth Cohen-Tyler Print/Paper Fellowship is awarded annually to a BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, person of color) or underrepresented printmaking postgraduate or professional printer. Through research and experimentation, the fellow will develop custom papers for different printing methods and explore creative techniques in the papermaking process to enhance imagery.

Kenneth Tyler and Dieu Donné are honored to have established this Fellowship in memory of Marabeth Cohen-Tyler.
