Chef Stephen Gillanders is hugely admired by Chicago foodies for his craveable, soulful Asian-inflected dishes. He has been fascinated with food since a young age, helping his Filipino grandmother prepare authentic dishes and realizing when he was just 15 that he was meant to become a chef.
