On Monday 23rd September Didsbury Runners will be launching our next 9-week Couch to 5k running course.This free course with running short intervals of 60 seconds, and over the weeks you will increase the time of your runs until you can run for 5km.
We will have led sessions on Monday evenings from 6.45pm, starting on 23rd September until Monday 18th November, with a "graduation" Parkrun on Saturday 23rd November at Fletcher Moss Park to celebrate completing the course.
There are 30 places, and it's a great way to get into (or back into) running. If you're able to walk for 5km then you should be able to complete the course.
