Storefronts in the downtown historic district will come alive in Ripon, Wisconsin on Saturday, December 7 during the Dickens of a Christmas Living Windows event which takes place from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Living Windows is a focal point of the Dickens of a Christmas celebration, December 6-7. “Dickens” features a Gingerbread House Contest, Enchanted Forest, a Dress A Doll Contest, musical entertainment, and other activities throughout the weekend.
A living nativity scene will be featured; and musical ensembles will stroll throughout the district. Santa will greet children of all ages on the Village Green. The night will also feature horse-drawn carriage rides.
During your tour of the Living Windows, bring the family indoors and warm up at one of Ripon’s many fine restaurants. Wrap up your evening with food, beverages, and lively conversation! Participating stores open until 8:00 pm. Check back for updates.
