Dick Whittington has travelled to London to seek his fortune but upon arrival not everything is quite as he imagined. The city is overrun with rats & Alderman Fitzwarren is at his wits end trying to banish them. Dick senses an opportunity to prove his worth (and marry Alice, the girl of his dreams) so sets about ridding the city of vermin.King Rat is furious with Dick and frames him in a bid to keep control. Add in Dame Sarah Snafflebratt, Idle Jack and Eileen the mischievous cat, Dick Whittington has his work cut out to restore order and his reputation.
