* Competitive Rules Enforcement Level
* Judge Staff present
* Proxies allowed
* No Limit and do not need to register
* All proxies must be printed, either professionally or at home
* All proxies must be in color, clearly legible, and easily recognizeable as the intended card
* Proxies must ***__not__*** be of such high quality that they could be considered counterfeit and be readily distinguished as illegitimate cards
* No cards, including proxies, can be made in such a way as to render them Marked Cards per Magic Rules
