Das Kasseler Punkrock Kollektiv e.V. präsentiert:🔥 DIAMOND DOG 🔥
Eine offensichtliche Hommage an David Bowie bildet den Ausgangspunkt für eine gefühlvolle künstlerische Reflektion, die emotionale Qualen ebenso widerspiegelt wie Bezugnahmen zur Pop-Kultur. Die dystopische Vision aus Punk und Poesie von Diamond Dog nahm 2020 erstmals Gestalt an und war 2021 vollständig ausgeprägt. Die Texte und Darbietung der Songs gewinnen ihre Identität aus Anleihen zu den Wurzeln des New Wave Ende der 70er Jahre. Dementsprechend bietet die Band rhythmische, tanzbare Musik mit synthetischen Melodien und prägnantem Chorus. Das Vierergespann aus Dijon in Frankreich wird angeführt von einem ausdrucksstarken Leadsänger und bietet eine schillernde Bühnenshow irgendwo zwischen der Wut der Cramps, der Romantik von Liszt, der Poesie von Kipling und dem Kino von David Lynch. Das erste Album der Band mit dem Titel „Usual Chronicles“ ist im März 2023 bei den Labels EMB Blanc Records in Deutschland und Wave Records in Brasilien erschienen.
DIAMOND DOG's dystopian punk vibe began in 2020 and came to fruition with the full band in 2021.
The band flourishes in a hybrid identity on rhythmic, danceable tracks, propelled by synthetic textures where chorus and reverb reign supreme.
The trio from Dijon, led by visceral lead vocals, expresses itself on stage through an incandescent atmosphere marked by the fury of the Cramps, the melodies of Liszt, and the aesthetics of Lynch.
Their debut album, Usual Chronicles, was released in March 2023 on the EMB Blanc and Wave Records labels. The band has already played more than 150 concerts across Europe and has just
released their new 4-track EP, Throbs, in September 2025 on IcyCold Records.

🔥 Kittens on Catnip 🔥
Die vierköpfige Band „Kittens on Catnip" gründete sich 2019 im Prinzip als Spaßkonzept und Therapiegruppe, formte jedoch stetig immer mehr professionellen Anspruch an ihre Musik und ihr Auftreten als Band.
Bis heute entstand so ein Portfolio aus Songs welches mit Bittersüßer Melancholie, Elementen aus Mathrock, Shoegaze und Postrock, überzeugt.
Textlich werden sowohl ernste Themen wie Depressionen, Selbstaufgabe, Isolation aber auch Geschichten aus der Perspektive von Katzen behandelt. Man wird in den Bann einer emotionalen Achterbahnfahrt gezogen der man sich kaum enthalten kann.
