Guest Speaker Judy Goffi, MS, RD, LDN, CDCES from Frederick Health
Attendees will learn about prediabetes and diabetes education. How to manage their risks, receive healthy eating tips, track food, importance of sleep and managing stress and exercise guidance.
Following the workshop, TFC staff will demonstrate how to prepare healthy smoothies and attendees can make their own at the smoothie bar.
