Join Chesapeake Regional Lifestyle Health & Fitness Center's Diabetes Prevention Program, a six-month lifestyle change program with six months of follow-up support. This program can help you lose weight, become more physically active and reduce stress. PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY:
1. 18 years of age or older
2. Must not be pregnant
3. Must meet body mass index (BMI) requirements
4. A diagnosis of prediabetes or a positive screening test for
prediabetes.
5. Participants cannot have a previous diagnosis of type 1 or type
2 diabetes.
