About this Event
This free Diabetes Education Program is open to anyone who has been living with prediabetes, Type 2 diabetes, caregivers, or anyone would like to receive more information about diabetes management and diabetes prevention.
There will be a voluntary blood sugar screening at the end of the presentation for anyone interested.
